The registration site is operated by a third-party technology provider, which acts as a subcontractor within the meaning of Law 25. This provider uses your personal information only on instructions from HugoGym and within the strict framework of the service contract concluded between the two parties.

Data is hosted in Canada. Any transfer outside Quebec or Canada would be subject to a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) and explicit consent.

8. Privacy Incidents

In the event of an incident involving the confidentiality of your personal information (e.g., unauthorized access, data loss), HugoGym will take the measures provided for by Law 25, including notification to the Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) and to the persons concerned, if applicable.
